Offensive subjects (elaborate): None OOCly. For him though, if you harm/threaten his sister, he'll lose his shit and/or make your life forever hell. Also if you try to bring up particulars of his childhood, it won't go well. Current LoT Mick-related things is also a trigger.

Hugging this character: The only one likely to get away unscathed is Lisa. Nothing's likely to come to blows though, unless they don't take his pointed "hands off" comments.
Kissing this character: Safer than hugging, actually. Depends on the person and if he thinks he can get something outta them.
Flirting with this character: Likely to flirt back.
Fighting with this character: Go for it. He'll definitely fight back.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Recoverable injuries are fine, though still ask. Anything beyond that definitely ask. I'll likely say yes.
Killing this character: Ask first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It's fine. If he finds out about the mind reading though, he will lose his shit. :)

Shipping: Let's be real I'll ship probably anything at the drop of a hat if it'll make a lick of sense. Mind, Snart's very closed off with people, so unless he knows them, he will be very... cold.
Personally I do go for Coldwave, Coldflash, and Captain Canary without trouble!
Cold Gun: 99% always with him. You don't want to get on the other end of it.
Smut: I cannot write smut worth a damn LOL.
Theft: Snart's a thief. He'll lift wallets and the like just because he's bored. He likes to keep his hands moving, his skills sharp. He might just do it for fun. I'll always ask before having him think to pilfer from someone.
